We accept fast, easy, and secure online payments via PayPal. PayPal is easy to use and you don't even have to have a PayPal account! We accept most credit cards through PayPal, but if you prefer to order by mail, we also accept personal checks. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears our bank. Please make checks payable to Nancy Wilds Art, and mail your order with payment enclosed to our address above.

How will my package be shipped?
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail. Other shipping methods may be available by special arrangement. We do not ship via FedEx. We ship within three business days of receiving an order; except when payment is by personal check, as stated above.

How are manuscripts packaged and what kind of container is used?
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All manuscripts are shipped unframed and without mattes. Regardless of size, all are individually shrinkwrapped on paperboard, and shipped flat in padded envelopes. This provides the greatest protection during transit, and also offers an attractive gift presentation.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H in both directions), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.

If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used to send your order.

Be sure to include your invoice, or a copy, with the products you are returning. If you do not have your original invoice, please include a separate sheet of paper including the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned. We may be unable to process returns received without this form or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.

Secure package using packaging tape. Cover up any existing tears or punctures.

If possible, return your package via the same carrier that delivered your order using their standard shipping service.
